How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.


Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.


What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).


How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

What is a Flexi booking?

When booking online you will have an option to add 'Flexi' to your booking for a small add-on fee. Flexi allows you to make changes to your booking (subject to availability) or request a refund of your booking (minus the add-on Flexi fee), up to 30 mins before your showtime.

What if I don't have a Flexi booking?

If you do not have a Flexi booking and you would still like to change your tickets, this will incur a change fee of €2.60/£200 per ticket.

How do I change my booking?

To request a change to your booking, please fill out our Ticket Changes form.
You can then request a swap if you would like to see a different movie, choose a different showtime or even sit in a different seat.

You can request a refund if you are simply looking for a refund of your tickets. The full amount of your booking, excluding the Flexi fee (Flexi bookings only) or minus the change fee (non-Flexi bookings only), will be refunded to your bank account in 3-5 working days.

How long does my request take to process?

We have a dedicated Flexi team on standby 7 days a week from 9:30am to 9:00pm to process ticket-change requests as they are submitted.

Refunds are usually quick and simple although we may contact you to request further information. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your funds should arrive in your account within 3-5 business days.

Swaps require us to contact you for further information, such as the new showtime or movie you wish to see instead. We will aim to call you within 90 minutes of submitting your request. After two unsuccessful attempts to reach you, we will send you an email. Your request cannot be processed until we receive a response.

Please Note:

Flexi fee is added per ticket, per booking. Non-Flexi change fee is charged per ticket, per booking.

Flexi is only available for online tickets. Flexi is not available in-store.

Cut-off time for both Flexi and non-Flexi tickets is 30 minutes before the advertised show start time. Requests made after the cut-off time will not be processed.

Flexi tickets can only be swapped or refunded once. Non-Flexi tickets can be swapped or refunded more than once, however, a change fee of €2.60/£2.00 per ticket will incur for every request.
