Excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Management team of Ireland Largest cinema chain in this exciting new role.
As Group Loss Prevention Manager you will review and implement robust stock control strategies to reduce instances of Inventory Shrinkage. You will ensure that all stock held within Cinemas are organised and logged correctly. You will ensure all stock records are accurate to ensure stock losses/errors are minimised. You will implement a standard process of auditing cinemas based off stock/financial variances.
You will engage with Head Office personnel and site level managers to promote the value of good stock control management. Good leadership values and the ability to think outside the box is key for this role - the successful candidate will have a strong desire to present and implement new ideas.
As Group Loss Prevention Manager, you will report to the Board Of Directors.
This role will be mainly office based but travel will be required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Accounting/Financial Background
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Experienced in Stock/Inventory Control
- Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
- Familiarity with report writing
- Driving License/Own Car
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge of the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation
