Competition Terms & Conditions

Disneyland® Paris Pirates of the Caribbean 5 holiday One

(1), two (2) night, three (3) day holiday package to Disneyland Paris.

This holiday package is valid for one (1) prize winner and up to three (3) guests and includes:

• 2 nights’ accommodation at a Disney® Hotel sharing one standard room
• 3 Day Park Hopper tickets to explore the Disney Parks
• Return transport to Disneyland Paris via flights from select regional airports travelling in economy
• Ground transfers between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Disneyland Paris via Magical Shuttle
• Meal vouchers to cover 3 lunches, 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts
• A private meet & greet with Jack Sparrow
• Access to a VIP viewing zone Disney Stars on Parade
• Access to VIP viewing zone for Disney Illuminations

Terms:

• Any costs incurred in addition to the holiday package elements listed above shall be incurred at the prize winner’s and/or their guests’ expense including but not limited to: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and any other incidental expenses. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.

• The holiday must be taken by no later than 30 April 2018 and all date requests are subject to availability. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 60 days out from preferred travel dates. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and block out dates may apply.

• The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.

• Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.

• Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney.

• Holiday package and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.

• Disney Destinations International reserves the right to substitute elements of the holiday package at any time. There is no alternative prize and the holiday cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

General Entry Conditions;

• The promotion is open to consumers aged 18 years and over resident in the Island of Ireland except employees and agents of any company connected with this promotion.

• You can enter the prize draw until 23.59 on 30th June 2017. All entries after this time will not be valid.

• To enter the competition, you must correctly answer the question on the competition page (located at Omniplex.ie) and provide us with correct contact details before the closing date of the competition.

• The winner will be chosen within 30 days of the closing date and will be chosen at random overseen by an independent person

• The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner will have 30 days to collect their prize or the next eligible winner will be contacted

• The prize is not redeemable for cash and prizes are non-transferable. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter (Omniplex Cinema Group) is final.

• By entering the competition you agree and provide consent to take part in publicity activities associated with the competition including photographs published on social media
